OUR

Approach & Philosophy

One of our favorite parts of therapy is helping you to discover who you are meant to be. The thought of therapy can be overwhelming. We often question what others will think of us, doubt the process, question how therapy can help, and wonder how this time will be different than the last. All those questions, worries, and doubts are normal.

Considering your next step is important, and we are excited you’re here and taking this step so seriously. We believe finding the right fit therapist is the key to turning the page.

Our goal is to create a safe place for individuals to be seen and heard. Our therapeutic approach is person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed.

“The hard things that cracked us open have the potential to create space for deeper joy and resilience.”

— Aundi Kolber

In my spare time, I enjoy sports. Lots of sports. Attending NDSU Football and Basketball games, Red Hawks and Twins baseball, watching the Vikings, Duke Blue Devils, or Kansas Jayhawks. If I am not watching sports with my 2 dogs, you may find me on the slopes or fishing.
