In addition to our physical offices, we offer a virtual office to make therapy more accessible and flexible in today’s rapidly changing world. We recognize that long distances, transportation barriers, scheduling conflicts, or health concerns make it difficult to accommodate in-person sessions, so telehealth may be right for you.

Applied Sports Therapy

From making the buzzer shot or competing at an international competition, athletes can experience psychological pressure in many situations. This pressure is defined by the athletes’ perception of the increased importance to perform well and can lead to mental blocks, in which performance decreases despite efforts. Applying evidence-based performance techniques and counseling skills helps athletes maximize their potential and obtain optimal performance experiences. Through applied therapy, it is our goal to offer athletes, coaches, and consultants techniques and skills for performance issues associated with competitive athletics, training, and the game.
